The most important thing is that the facility is representive and is suitable for a car workplace, of course with the right destination plan.

In addition to strong market knowledge, technical experience with vehicles, successful business experience and financial ability, ATM-Performance sub-dealers must have a strong affiliation with the market and have a passion for what they do. In our opinion that is the key to succes!

It is also important that the owners are involved in the day-to-day on-site management of the business. ATM-Performance sub-dealers should have the ability to staff, train and motivate employees to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations of service and quality.
The success of the business depends greatly on the direct focus and attention of the owner(s). Advertising and promoting the dealership’s activities and striving to constantly improve the engine optimization operations is imperative.

We try to ensure sub-dealers don’t get too close to each other by setting a distance of a minimum of 150 kilometers between sub-dealerships.

We  do not charge a franchise fee. ATM-Performance sub-dealerships are not franchises. They are independently owned and operated businesses who carry out the ATM-Performance brand under license.

The license agreement is valid for one year. At the end of the term of the contract, we will assess whether we want to continue the cooperation or not. We will notify our sub-dealers in time.

You will receive a response within a week.  

We recommend Alientech or Autotuner tools in slave form. These are great tools to work with and are very usable because a lot of cars can be remapped with these tools.

Alientech’s KESSv2 and K-TAG are great tools. You need both of the products in order to perform all kinds of tuning methods but they are reasonable priced. Alientech’s products are great for those who want to be able to remap a wide variety of vehicles.   

Autotuner doesn’t has subscriptions and almost every new vehicle can get remapped with this tool. Nowadays they also keep updating the tool with protocols for older cars so the overall coverage for cars are becomming better and better. Besides that, it is possible to perform all kinds of tuning methods with it. From OBD II, BDM and Bench to BOOT. The tool also has the ability to make datalogs.

 

We always try to secure the highest possible level of quality and safety. That’s one of the reasons why we came this far by building a brand name. That means that we have a name to uphold. Not only for ourself but also for all affiliated sub-dealers. Hence we prefer that all our sub-dealers use our own developed software to perform their daily remapping activities but we can’t completely forbid it.

It is possible to use other tools like Magic Motorsport, Dimsport, bFlash or CMD Flashtec as long as you have at least one slave tool so we can provide you with software. We are familiair with the most remapping equipment available on the market.

But we do not support the use of clone tools. There are a lot of clone tools on the market and we find it dangerous to use those. This clones are copies of geniune tools and therefore don’t have the same support, back up and security. The change of problems occurring are very high and that’s not in line with our quality expectations.

We try to ensure all our sub-dealers have a dynamometer available in order to perform their daily tasks in the best way possible but we know it is quite an expensive investment to purchase dynamometers.

But there are alternatives available. New upcomming mobile road measuring instruments are becomming more populair and are less expensive to purchase. Besides that, they proven to be very accurate and there is no need to invest in good cooling systems to simulate driving wind.

The total investment can depend on many factors and is therefore different for every case. Some of the affiliated sub-dealers don’t have all the equipment they would like to have in order to perform their core business and are therefore kind of obligated to invest more.

We can assist by estimate the costs of the investment per individual case and give an advise which investments are required and how to make the most out of these investments.
